I am Editor-in-Chief for Storehouse, the official NUA Students’ Union magazine, made for students by students. I was a Content Writer for issue 16 and promoted to Head of Content for issue 17, but quickly became Editor-in-Chief as my passion for the publication led me to take on a leadership level of responsibility. I have led my team of 30 to produce two full copies of the magazine, issue 17 and 18, and I will be sad to leave Storehouse when I graduate. This has been the most valuable experience in my lifetime so far.
I have written articles, Editor’s letters and promotional copy for Storehouse over the years as well as directed team meetings, handled all internal and external communications and overseen all magazine content and production.
The latest copy of Storehouse is issue 18, the limited edition, 10th anniversary issue of the magazine. This issue of Storehouse has been incredibly rewarding for me and I feel that it gives an insight into my capabilities as both a leader and a content writer. I wrote the Editor’s letter for this issue and an interview with a life drawing model.

Issue 17 was the first edition of Storehouse that I lead as Editor-in-Chief. It was challenging as i took place over the Summer when the team were all at home from university. This made communication very difficult as we were all working remotely however with dedication and teamwork we pulled it off.
